Key Life Area: Personal - Tip Sheet
1. Assess your level of satisfaction in each of your Key Life Areas.
2. Choose the Key Life Area with the lowest level of satisfaction, and reflect on why that is.
3. Set a SMART goal for raising your level of happiness in it, with remembering your reason of motivation for achieving it.
4. Set action steps for achieving the SMART goal.
5. Take a single action step each day toward the goal.
6. After you reach the SMART goal, reassess your level of satisfaction in the Key Life Area, and the benefit that came from setting and reaching the goal for it.
7. Start with the Key Life Area with the next lowest level of satisfaction, and repeat steps 3-6.
8. After performing these steps, reassess your level of happiness in your overall lifestyle, and determine ways to maintain a higher level of general satisfaction in it over the long-term.
